- By posting content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the App

Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or harms the App community, without prior notice.
6. Virtual Currency and Gifts
- Virtual currencies (Credits and Diamonds) are not real currency
- Virtual currency purchases are final and non-refundable
- Gifts that have been sent cannot be retrieved
- We reserve the right to modify the value and types of virtual currency
- Cashout of earnings is subject to separate terms and conditions
7. Live Streaming
- Live streams must comply with all Code of Conduct rules
- We reserve the right to terminate any stream that violates the rules
- Live streaming is available only to users aged 18 and over
- Broadcasting copyrighted content is prohibited
8. Intellectual Property
The Zoma Live app and all its contents (design, logos, icons, code) are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of the App
- We are not responsible for content posted by users
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from use of the App
10. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
