Response Times

Report a User

If you encounter inappropriate behavior from another user, you can report them directly from within the app. Navigate to their profile and tap "Report". Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Report a Bug

Found a bug or technical issue? Please send the details to support@zomalive.com and include the following:

  1. What you were doing when the bug occurred
  2. Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
  3. Screenshots or screen recordings showing the problem
  4. Your device model and app version
