Download Zoma Live from Google Play or the App Store, then sign up with your email, Google, Facebook, or Apple ID. Follow the on-screen steps to set up your profile and you're ready to go.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your registered email address, and you'll receive a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Go to your Profile, then Settings, and select "Delete Account". Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible -- all your data, credits, and diamonds will be lost.
Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the app, then choose "Go Live". Pick your stream type (Party for multi-guest or Solo), add a title and cover image, then start broadcasting to your audience.
During a live stream, tap the gift icon in the bottom bar. Browse the gift categories, select the gift you want and choose a quantity, then tap "Send". Sending gifts requires credits in your balance.
Credits are the purchase currency you buy with real money -- use them to send gifts and buy store items. Diamonds are the earning currency you receive when others send you gifts. Diamonds can be converted to real money through the cashout system.
Tap your credit balance displayed in your profile, or go to the Store and choose a credit package. Payment is processed securely through Google Play or Apple Pay depending on your device.
Avatar frames are decorative designs that appear around your profile photo. You can purchase them from the Store using credits. Each frame is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and will appear everywhere your profile photo is displayed.
Entrance effects are special animations that play when you join a live stream, announcing your arrival in style. Other viewers will see your entrance animation along with a highlighted message. Purchase them from the Store.
Try these steps in order: 1. Close and reopen the app completely. 2. Check your internet connection. 3. Update to the latest version from the app store. 4. Restart your device. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
For the best streaming experience: 1. Use a stable internet connection (WiFi preferred). 2. Close other apps running in the background. 3. Disable any VPN or proxy services. 4. Make sure you are in an area with good network coverage.
